    The Monthly Cadence

    Each month there will be four events. I'll encourage you to attend all four, but only one requires that you are there live for it.

    Week 1

    The first week of each month will be a live class where I will introduce the concept/action item for the month with all 5 professors in the cohort at the same time.

    (This is the group part of the mentorship.)

    Asking questions in real-time as you work.

    Accountability to ACTUALLY get the work done.

    These co-working sessions are optional and you don't have to stay for the full two hours. You may drop in and out as you need.

    Also, I know that as a professor, your schedule fluctuates.

    The times that you will be available in July or August will be vastly different than your availability in October.
